Ways Of Overcoming Drug Abuse Among School Students

Hi guys...

Im so sorry for not joining the discussion often.Im teribbly sorry.

I think now we can discuss our last research question that is how to overcome this problem.

We all agree that one of the causes for students to involve in drug abuse is lack of parental guidance and influenced by friends that is smoking and taking drugs.So,I believe that in order to overcome this problem causes by the one I stated above is proper guidance from parents since little.

Parents should nuture their children with high moral values.Just with that,children would know what is good and bad for them.Other than that,children should be tought on how to say no to their friends and not to be friend with that kind of people.What dou you guys think about this??

Effects of Drug Abuse on Student.

Hai guys .. this week we are going to discuss about effect of drug abuse on students..
There are a lot effects of drug abuse on student .. From the article that i read one of the effects is it may lead to death..the graph beside shows the example of drugs that causes the increase in death .. students knows that it may lead to death but still some of them want to involve in drugs ..Other than that some drugs makes students vision blur ..What do you think guys ??

Hai guys, another factor that i think students involve in drug abuse is by influence from friends. This happen when students make friendship with new person. This new friends will try to influence the mind of students to buy drugs. But before that they will give free drugs for them to try. After that, they will persuade the school students to buy the drugs again and again. The school students also buy the drugs and they will sell the drugs to the another friends. By this way, the school students influence in drugs.... So what is ur opinion guys??

What Cause Drug Abuse Among school students.

Hai guys , now we are goin discuss on research question 2.One of the factors
that i think students involve in drug isthe lack of supervision.From my understanding,nowadays frenz,if we see most of the parents are workingTthey go to work at 8.00am and come back at6.00pm and sometimes some parents ussualy work late night.So this makes parents t spend less time with their children.Some of the parents also does nopt eager to know what the students are doing in schools.They also does not care about what time students come back from school and what they are doing out there.Some parents also do not know their child's frens . This makes student feel more freedom so they in volve in drugs.What do yo all think guys???

What is Drug Abuse and What Types of Drugs is used by Students?

The meaning of drug is a substance used in the diagnosis,treatment,or prevention of a disease or as a component of medication.It also a chemical substance,such as a narcotic or hallucinogen,that affects the central nervous system,often addiction causing changes in behavior.
The meaning of drug abuse is the use of illegal drugs, or the misuse of prescription or over-the-counter drugs.
The meaning of drug addiction is a condition characterized by an owerwhelming desire to continue taking a drug to which one has become habituated through repeated consumption because it produces a particular effect, usually an alteration of mental status.
They are many types of drugs. That is barbiturates,cannabis,depressants, hallucinogens, inhalants,narcotics,stimulants,tobacco and many more.

Introduction.

Hello guys. In this blog we are going to discuss about drug abuse among school students.
Our group members consist of three person that is me myself YUGANESWARY A/P SAIDUPATHY, SH.NURAFIQAH and BARATI GANASAN. We will be going to discuss on four research objectives and questions.

Research objective :

i)To identify the meaning of drug abuse and types of drugs.

ii)To analyze the causes of drugs among students.

iii)To investigate the effects on drugs among the students.

iv)To analyze the ways of overcoming this problem.

Reseach Questions :

i)What is drug abuse and what types of drugs used by students?
ii)What causes students to involve in drug abuse?
iii)What are the effects of drug abuse on students?
iv)What are the steps that can be taken to prevent drug abuse among school students?
